Borders of Infinity
by Lois McMaster Bujold
ONE LINE SUMMARY: This collection of three short stories about Miles Vorkosigan finds Miles ruling on an infanticide, sleeping with a werewoman, and rescuing 10,000 people from a prison.
In an attempt to read these stories in the correct order, I started with the first story, then went to The Vor Game and Ethan of Athos, then read the 2nd and 3rd story. Then I decided it was too confusing to jump to Brothers in Arms and just finished up the excerpts between the stories. Now I feel all mixed up about what happened when.
The individual stories are quite good, but better taken in short doses rather than read as the book they are packaged as.
