Maybe I Should Be on the Geico Caveman Show

Does anyone know anything about what kind of software to use to edit mpeg videos on a PC? I want to edit some videos and convert them to Quicktime, and post them here. I have spent an hour looking this shit up on Cnet and Google, and still cannot find software or simple directions that seems to do all that. Maybe I’m supposed to buy a Mac…BUT I CAN’T AFFORD ONE!!!!

I used to be technologically advanced. Now everyone has a TiVo, knows how to post YouTube videos, and update MySpace pages. I don’t even have an iPod, and even scarier, I don’t even have an interest in getting an iPod because I hardly ever listen to music anymore.

Help!
