Masters of Deception
On October 31, 2000, the Chi Gang slipped out for their annual reconnaissance of the neighborhood.
Agent Mina was a black ball on this operation, but she was unfortunately outvoted by the lesser lieutenants, who were greatly charmed at the idea of getting to dress up. As compensation for her negativity, she got first pick of the costumes and elected to appear for the evening as Aladdin.

As you can see, Agent Mina was greatly displeased at having to appear in costume, and urged the lieutenants to quickly choose their own costumes, which would lead to ending the evening as quickly as possible and thus getting her out of uniform asap.
As Agent Paco had a habit of indulging in too many donuts and cappuccinos on his way to the office, his rather portly figure was able to fit only into the ladybug costume, and so he rapidly donned the outfit.
Unfortunately, he did have some trouble throughout the night, and was forced to nibble on his antennae later on, when the grumbling in his belly got too much to bear, and he began hallucinating that his antennae were cherried chocolates.
This left Agent Pedro in a rather awkward position, as the only costume left was that of…a clown. Pedro felt that it was unbecoming of someone of his stature to appear in such a foolish outfit, but when he dared suggest that to Mina, she snarled something like “Shaddupihadtowearthissohurryup” and he quickly withdrew.

But that didn’t mean he was happy about this.
The three agents rapidly departed their office, and emerged into the dark night. But what was this? There were tiny ghosts, and Pokemon, and even (gasp!) other ladybugs! marching down the ordinarily quiet street toward them!
Unnerved by this, the gang withdrew to the shadows of a nearby mailbox. While Paco took the opportunity to quietly relieve himself against a particularly odorous plant, Mina summarized the situation and asked for votes. The gang quickly voted to postpone their mission until a later time, when the streets would be hopefully clear of these strange miscreants.
The Chi Gang retreated to their office, where they snuggled into their blankets and had a little snack of some kibble, and called it a good day’s work.
